  Very rude and no customer service mind at all. Overall from my experience the employees did not seem to have a sense of ownership for their work and unwilling to provide heartfelt help for customers. Closed my account after a very unpleasant trip asking for some help.

  Mortgage customers beware. Due to employee incompetence, Wells Fargo is currently trying to collect $5400 in mortgage payments from me, even though the checks I have written them have all been CASHED. They have informed me that my money was allegedly put into a secret account for the last 9 months and NOT applied to my mortgage principal or interest. After talking with the "executive" branch, they have refused to inform me of who I need to talk to in order to start an investigation.

  I know that Wells Fargo has had some bad PR recently, but I would just like to say that I feel like they are really trying to turn their customer service around. I do not bank with them, but work with them on occasion. The staff at this location is very friendly and welcoming. They always make it a point to try and strike up a fun conversation with me. They have never once tried to push me to bank with them. I appreciate the quality of service they offer me every time I visit.
