- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆SO STUPID! Every month i try and pay online and it does the same thing. It wont recognize my password or login. It says it will send an e-mail but the e-mail never arrives. the site design is so ridiculous! So i say screw it and try and pay over the phone and it just rings i cant get ahold of anyone. so i call the other city water department and ask that they have someone from the billing department call me. They ALWAYS respond by asking "Have you tried to pay online?" ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!! Yes you pit licker i did and it obviously didn't work. get off your lazy bottom and do somthing about the site. Now i don't say this to who i am 75% sure is the same unintelligent lady. I am polite and she usually tells me someone will call me back....I have NEVER received a return call....EVER!! so then over the course of a week I try to pay my bill and they end up combining two months bills. But now its been 3 months and now they want to tell me i'm In danger of getting my water shut off. SCREW YOU ALL!!!!!By Roselin Kuchiki, July 19, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've called the phone number listed on the invoice multiple times for 4 days and the call never completes. It always says the user is busy. I found another phone number on their website and the guy picked up and said they are busy but he would put me in the cue. After being on hold for 1 hour I got through to someone and she advised me she couldn't complete my request for a meter reader because our business doesn't have authorized user list on file. After further processing time and phone calls, they finally sent someone. Wichita Water needs to work on their communication efforts.By John Wilson, February 20, 2017
