  I can't believe this branch is still active. These people treated me as if I was a criminal. After I showed my drivers license and the check I got from my mom they requested I put my thumbprint on the check for "security" purposes. I then asked the teller at the front desk if a manager was available and when the manager came to the counter she had a terrible disposition from the beginning. I explained to her that I was able to successfully cash a check at a branch located on the west side of town and I was never requested to put my thumbprint on the check when I cashed that check for the same dollar amount 6 months prior. She gave a half-hearted apology and instead of "the customer is always right" attitude and allowing me to cash that check there, she tried to explain to me it's for "security" purposes. I then jokingly asked, "for who's security? yours? mine? or the banks?" -- she never gave me a response and told me that if I didn't put my thumbprint on that check they would not cash that check. I asked if she could show me documentation or any proof of this policy requiring non-account holders to use a thumbprint for security purposes and she was not able to provide that information, I asked when the policy was instated, she declined to present that information, I then asked if she was the highest-ranking agent in the branch, she told me she was, then I asked if she could prove the validity of her own statement, that this was for security reasons, she could not. I will NEVER bank at Emprise, I will tell everyone I know who does bank there to close their account and go somewhere else, ANYWHERE else other than Emprise!! I can't believe I was treated so rudely, as if I did something wrong to offend them and I had to prove who I was with a thumbprint. It makes me sick to my stomach thinking about it!!! TWO THUMBS DOWN EMPRISE, YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO AMERICA!!!

  Great service, nice people, quick drive-thru. Wish there was an ATM to deposit in for after-hours, but otherwise fantastic. The reviewer below is an idiot. The bank takes a thumbprint of any non-account holders to make sure the identity of the person cashing it is truly themselves in case of any discrepancy. This is a great bank, through and through.
