- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely terrible customer service. No one greeted me when I came in. When one guy did finally decide to acknowledge my existence he was rude from the start and treated me like absolute garbage because I had the nerve to ask some questions about things I didn't understand. I would never go there and I would never recommend anyone else to go there. On the other hand, I went to Meritrust immediately after and am becoming a member of their credit union. They had awesome customer service and patiently worked to answer all my questions and find solutions to some problems I wanted to address. Don't waste your time- head straight to Meritrust! They have 2 convenient locations near here: 8015 E 22nd St N, Wichita, KS 67226 & 2900 S Oliver St, Wichita, KS 67210 FYI google forced me to give this a star to post a review.
