- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆So my wife and I were closing our account as we no longer live in Kansas. When we closed our account my wife had to use the restroom. Apparently when you close the account that forbids you from using their restrooms at that very moment. In my wife's discomfort our son wiggled out of her arms and hit his head on their counter. They all stared at her like she hurt him. Because my wife and I shut down our account I guess our son gets treated like trash as well as we were told we can go across the street to chic fil a to get ice. "No room at the inn" Choose another bank. Choose a credit union. And to those that are Christian ask yourself, "was this bank very Christian?" The answer is no.
