  I have had a policy active with State Farm and Bob Jones since before I was born. Yes, my policy has a start date before I do. Bob and, more importantly, his office are what we should expect from an outfit that handles the farms and families of Kansans. Courteous, amiable and helpful all day long. I have had car wrecks, family tragedies and disasters all handled without adding one more once of sweat and worry on my plate. I can only assume there are no better agents out there because I have never been given a single reason to contemplate looking for another.

  Huge Disappointment! Horrible Customer Service!!! I would seriously consider whether to do ANY business or have any policies with Bob Jones or His Staff! Been with this agent for several years with good service and no issues and had good respectful care. Had a car accident recently, I had a hard time with ANYONE returning my calls from his office. When I finally got someone to answer the phone I was dismissed before I had all my questions answer and had to finally call the main office. When it was time to add the new car to my policy of course THEN I had a girl I believe her name was Sara help me BUT try to add on extra items that were not needed. I REPEATLY was push to add on things that were not necessary only when I was stern was I was rushed off the phone. When I got the policy the things I ask for was NOT on it and several things were added that I didn’t want on my policy. When I called to correct a different girl Angela? Was rude and instead of fixing it said it MUST have been a misunderstanding on what I wanted and how I WAS WRONG! I asked to speak directly to Bob Jones and was told she handled all office matters now and that she would pass on what I had to say to Bob Jones. Who my agent an office staff or him? I gladly will change my agent and company! We do have choices!!!!

  Bob and his staff are always helpful. We've done a lot of business with them over the years.
